About The Position

This role is responsible for performing general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The position also involves other duties as required, such as event setup and office moves.

Requirements

• Knowledge and skill of carpentry in accordance with industry standards
• Knowledge of equipment, materials, methods, practices, and tools used in basic carpentry
• Ability to use hand and power tools and demonstrate proper techniques and methods
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
• Ability to measure and perform mathematical calculations
• Strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
• Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules, including wearing required personal safety equipment.
