Requirements
- Experience in working within a customer service role
- Positive attitude, can-do mentality and eagerness to improve
- Diligent work ethic and dedicated approach to performing duties
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Previous janitorial and/or maintenance experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain minor and routine painting, electrical, and other maintenance activities using hand tools.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Performs various maintenance duties such as installation and repair to fixtures in
- Troubleshoots and repairs minor plumbing and electrical problems; replaces a variety of light bulbs and lighting accessories.
- Performs preventative maintenance in and around facilities.
