About The Position

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in building, facility, or equipment maintenance within an industrial setting
- Proficient use of measuring devices such as tape measures and leveling tools
- Skilled in safe operation of a wide range of hand and power tools
- Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet using aerial or scissor lifts
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CMMS data entry
- U.S. Citizenship required; must pass pre-employment substance abuse screening

Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and filter changes to maintain facility equipment and systems
- Assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting malfunctions in production machinery and facility infrastructure
- Support repairs involving block floors, painting, windows, doors, office furniture, and grounds keeping
- Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot overhead doors, pumps, piping, seals, and valves
- Address basic electrical and plumbing issues; complete general maintenance and preventive tasks as scheduled in the CMMS
- Practice and promote strict adherence to safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout procedures
- Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Demonstrate flexibility in the work schedule, including potential overtime, weekends, and holidays
- Collaborate with supervisors and teammates on additional assigned tasks
