About The Position
Perform a variety of duties in and around the building of the hospital complex to assist the tradesmen in completing their tasks.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- MA Driver's License
- 0-1 years related work experience required.
- Basic familiarity with computers.
- Ability to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications.
Nice To Haves
- Vocational or Technical training preferred.
- Previous experience preferred
- Good driving record
Responsibilities
- Assists with repairing and replacing drains, fixtures, rodding, cleaning, etc. as assigned.
- Administers to general repairs i.e. plunging toilets and drains, greases fan motors.
- Works independently.
- Completes preventative maintenance task on time.
- Communicates issues to his/her supervisor.
