About The Position

Performs routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility. Responsibilities include responding to hot/cold service calls, handling basic repairs such as lighting changes, minor equipment fixes, plumbing issues, and ceiling tile replacement. The role also involves conducting minor window and roof repairs, performing daily facility rounds to ensure a safe environment, and assisting other trades when additional support is needed. Related duties are performed as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years experience with a contractor or work in another type of trade.
