This position is responsible for assisting in controlling expenses, ensuring compliance and coordination with federal meat inspection and OSHA requirements, interpreting and enforcing company policies, determining manpower needs and making recommendations, preparing and maintaining records and reports to accurately reflect conditions, solving problems effectively with sound follow-up, collaborating with department heads to meet production quality yields and goals, ensuring maintenance of labor standards, performance quality, and product quality, inspecting and maintaining high competence in housekeeping, safety, sanitation, and security, supervising production supervisors, and overseeing all designated shift operations.
