Requirements

  • Relevant automotive repair, equipment repair highly preferred
  • Familiarity with McElroy Fusion equipment is a plus.
  • Experience in operating, troubleshooting, and repairing of hydraulic equipment.
  • Experience in operating, troubleshooting, and repairing of electrical or mechanical components.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Experience and ability to work with power industrial tools.
  • Experience in operation of powered industrial equipment / trucks / forklifts.
  • Ability to work in a shop or field environment.
  • Remain results-focused in a fast-paced challenging customer service environment

Responsibilities

  • Operate power tools, including grinding, cutting, sanding, drilling, etc.
  • Operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and company safety operating procedures.
  • Observe vital safety precautions for shipping and receiving of rental equipment, purchase equipment, parts, and accessories.
  • Properly package equipment to transport safely to customer sites.
  • Involvement in equipment repair and rebuilding including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical aspects of the Fusion equipment.
  • Maintain Fusion equipment with frequent fluid changes, filter changes, and replacement of wear and tear parts.
  • Follow proper check in and check out producers for rental equipment and accessories.
  • Troubleshoot fleet for needed repairs and maintenance.
  • Follow housekeeping policies.
  • Follow all company mandated safety policies
  • Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs
