Requirements

Relevant automotive repair, equipment repair highly preferred
Familiarity with McElroy Fusion equipment is a plus.
Experience in operating, troubleshooting, and repairing of hydraulic equipment.
Experience in operating, troubleshooting, and repairing of electrical or mechanical components.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Experience and ability to work with power industrial tools.
Experience in operation of powered industrial equipment / trucks / forklifts.
Ability to work in a shop or field environment.
Remain results-focused in a fast-paced challenging customer service environment

Responsibilities

Operate power tools, including grinding, cutting, sanding, drilling, etc.
Operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and company safety operating procedures.
Observe vital safety precautions for shipping and receiving of rental equipment, purchase equipment, parts, and accessories.
Properly package equipment to transport safely to customer sites.
Involvement in equipment repair and rebuilding including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical aspects of the Fusion equipment.
Maintain Fusion equipment with frequent fluid changes, filter changes, and replacement of wear and tear parts.
Follow proper check in and check out producers for rental equipment and accessories.
Troubleshoot fleet for needed repairs and maintenance.
Follow housekeeping policies.
Follow all company mandated safety policies
Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs
