About The Position

TPC Las Vegas is a par-71, 7,104-yard golf course open to the public located in Las Vegas, NV. This is a premier PGA TOUR property in Las Vegas, making it a destination for celebrities and PGA TOUR players alike. The Bobby Weed and Raymond Floyd design is a golf course that will test your skills while dazzling you with views of the surrounding mountains, canyons, and the famed Las Vegas skyline. Tee up your career as a part of our team with the TPC Network! The General Maintenance and Repair Technician is responsible for maintaining proper operating conditions for the facilities. Also responsible for ensuring that the clubhouse building and surrounding property is in good structural and physical condition.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of building maintenance and procedures as would normally be acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent education, plus two or three additional college level courses of study or trades training or equivalent years of experience in progressively responsible positions
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, equipment maintenance including kitchen equipment
  • Two to three years of previous experience in a similar role

  • Knowledge of chemical health and safety standards preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform general repairs and maintenance of buildings, facilities, and equipment including kitchen equipment.
  • Perform and maintain responsibility for all repairs on cart fleet. Maintain detailed maintenance records on each cart
  • Complete routine plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.
  • Conduct basic electrical work such as changing light bulbs, outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
  • Perform carpentry tasks including repairs to doors, cabinets, drywall, and trim.
  • Paint, patch, and touch up interior and exterior surfaces as needed.
  • Assemble, install, and repair furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and identify repair needs.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in a safe and organized manner.
  • Troubleshoot and repair facility issues to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas at all times.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs when necessary.
  • Maintain responsibility and perform as needed the continued preventative maintenance of all HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and all kitchen equipment
  • Maintain responsibility for and ensure compliance of all cleanliness standards of the clubhouse, entrance and parking lot. Monitor appearance of all areas at least four (4) times per day
  • Maintain responsibility for key control, perform an inventory quarterly, and maintain control log
  • Special projects or other duties as assigned
