About The Position

In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by promoting sales and client retention through excellent customer service by providing support to the General Liability claim team.

Requirements

  • A minimum of one (1) year of clerical and/or administrative experience.
  • A high school diploma or the equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews TPA Systems for legal invoice payments and escalates non payments as needed.
  • Updates invoice payment details and matter status in the legal bill review platform.
  • Forwards approved budgets to assigned adjusters on litigated claims.
  • Receives incoming calls requesting claim status and updates; escalates as needed.
  • Performs claim intake for all new OMP GL claims received via mail, email, or phone call.
  • Pulls and provides to Adjuster all policy and claim documents related to claims.
  • Provides Adjuster with Policyholder and Agency contact information.
  • Checks policy system monthly for new endorsements to be added to assigned claim files.
  • Responds to claims emails with claim number and adjuster information on assigned claims.
  • Escalates issues to Claims Operations Supervisor or upper management where appropriate.
  • Receives and distributes paper and electronic mail.
  • Redacts policies and responds to policy disclosure requests assigned by management.
  • Creates links for large files and sends to adjusters.
  • Backs up Claims Administrative Clerk as needed.
  • Performs work in various systems and vendor sites; compiles various reports and documentation.
  • Clocks in and out consistently and accurately by using the electronic timeclock system for all time worked and does not perform any work when not clocked in.
