About The Position

This position involves engagement in complex litigation, including construction defense and other civil litigation matters. Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in general liability.
• Excellent litigation, communication, writing and persuasive speaking skills.
• Strong academic backgrounds.
• Proven skills in research.
• Self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision.
• Licensed and admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Nice To Haves

• Trial experience is preferred.
