Performs all general ledger functions for designated developments, following appropriate procedures to ensure timely and accurate preparation. Maintains general ledger records according to company policies and procedures. Prepares month-end financial reports for assigned developments to meet necessary deadlines. Maintains all security deposits and savings accounts to insure development funding; reports any bank account problems to the General Ledger Supervisor. Assists auditors with annual audit preparation for all developments assigned. Assists in the preparation of annual budgets for all developments assigned by working closely with the Operation team, and Owners/Clients, as deemed necessary. Prepare and complete replacement reserve requests within the required time frame. Complete bank reconciliation and enter rental deposits in the system. Performs routine clerical duties, in photocopying and filing in a timely manner. Understanding of accounting & management software.
