We are currently expanding our accounting team and hiring a General Ledger Accountant. This is an opportunity to step into a fast-paced, high-visibility finance environment with real upside and career runway. As a GL Accountant, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financials, supporting leadership decision-making, and helping scale a complex, multi-entity operation. This is not a “back-office only” role—you will be part of a team building institutional-grade financial infrastructure. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- General ledger experience (level dependent on role)
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, high-expectation environment
Nice To Haves
- NetSuite experience is a strong plus
- Automotive, multi-location, or private-equity-backed experience is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and month-end close activities
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Support audits, tax preparation, and compliance requirements
- Work cross-functionally with operations, FP&A, and leadership
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability of financial processes
- Assist with reconciliations, AP/AR support, and routine close tasks
- Learn and grow within a structured accounting environment
- Support senior accountants and accounting leadership
- Develop strong fundamentals in multi-location, multi-entity accounting
