About The Position

The Labourer’s main responsibility is to assist in deliveries, setups, tear downs, unloading and loading of trucks, and cleaning inventory in the warehouse. They will be accountable to the company values and standards to deliver on our promise of renting quality product and creating the best possible rental experience for our clients. They will follow the guidelines and standards put forth by the business and operate to exceed our expectations when executing any of these tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75lbs
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
• Working knowledge of safe lifting methods.
• Willingness to work long hours during busy times.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in operating warehouse, tenting, or delivery equipment is considered an asset. I.E. Pallet Jack, Ladders, Lift Gates, etc.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Tenting installs/teardowns, deliveries/pickups, product maintenance, client order installations, packaging, cleaning, and all general labour requirements both at the warehouse or off-site.
• Assisting customers when needed and ensuring they always have a wonderful experience.
• Addressing and notifying the Operations Manager about any defects or breakage of inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, whether in the warehouse, a client site, or on the trucks.
• Keeping the warehouse in a safe and clean state.
• Listening and assisting the Supervisor onsite and offsite.
