Requirements

Must be available for all shifts: day, evening, night, and weekend (primarily evening and night)
Must have a Secondary School Diploma (SSD) or the equivalent of Secondary 5
Judgment, team spirit, analytical skills, resourcefulness, and manual dexterity
Motivated to evolve and develop within the company
Must pass a math and mechanical logic test to obtain the position

Nice To Haves

Experience in a food factory (asset)
Knowledge of HACCP and OHS (asset)
Forklift experience (asset)

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Department Manager, the labourer must be able to perform various tasks related to the department (e.g., packaging, scraping, scrubbing, etc.)
Prepares work areas according to planned tasks
Performs washing and sanitation activities in compliance with Quality and Hygiene frequencies and standards
Transports the necessary materials to perform the work (cart, racks, boxes, bags, jars, labels, films, etc.)
Transports cheeses from one department to another
Performs all other related tasks (Examples: cleaning, inventory, etc.)
