About The Position

The general helper position will be responsible for occupying the various positions on the bread production line or tortilla line.

Requirements

• Passionate about pastry-making
• You should be comfortable lifting heavy weights up to 50 pounds (these tasks may be repetitive)
• You are comfortable working with technological equipment
• You have experience working in a manufacturing plant (food processing is an asset)
• You have strong interpersonal skills, are approachable, a good listener and empathetic
• You care about the health and safety of your colleagues as well as yourself
• You turn feedback into opportunities for product and process improvement, as well as professional development and growth
• You are resourceful, autonomous, diligent and punctual

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (an asset)

Responsibilities

• Adjust production equipment and take data
• Place and remove molds from production line
• Pack and stack bakery products for transport
• Clean production area
• Comply with company hygiene standards
• Respect company health and safety standards
