About The Position

Sunshine Enterprise USA is seeking a General Labourer to join their team. This role involves maintaining a clean and safe construction site, assisting with material handling and preparation, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, possess basic construction knowledge, and have a commitment to safety and quality.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License required/ with own transportation
• Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Capable of lifting 50 to 100 lbs. regularly
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in construction or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean construction sites of debris, trash, and hazardous materials.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment.
• Assist with the mixing and preparation of concrete, and other construction materials.
• Organize and maintain materials and tools in designated areas.
• Set up and maintain barriers, signs, and cones to ensure the safety of the site and pedestrians.
• Assist with marking and laying out construction areas according to project plans.
• Wear and maintain proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
