About The Position
Greif is hiring a General Laborer at its Franklin, Kentucky location for a second-shift production role. The position involves assisting with manufacturing operations, maintaining equipment and work areas, handling production materials, inspecting finished products, completing housekeeping tasks, and supporting plant safety and production needs. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 12:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for performance-based pay increases every 90 days.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Operate and assist with manufacturing equipment while following established procedures.
- Clean, lubricate, and maintain machinery and work areas.
- Load and unload materials on production equipment and assembly lines.
- Perform routine quality inspections on finished products.
- Complete general housekeeping and property maintenance tasks.
- Report equipment concerns or quality issues to supervisors.
- Follow all plant safety policies and procedures.
- Support the production team with additional duties as needed.
