About The Position
Greif is hiring a General Laborer for its Franklin, Kentucky location. The role supports manufacturing operations by operating and assisting with equipment, handling materials, inspecting products, and maintaining machinery and work areas. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 12:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for performance-based pay increases every 90 days.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Operate and assist with manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
- Clean, lubricate, and maintain machinery and work areas.
- Load and unload materials on production equipment and assembly lines.
- Perform routine quality inspections on finished products.
- Complete general housekeeping and property maintenance tasks.
- Report equipment concerns or quality issues to supervisors.
- Follow plant safety policies and procedures.
- Support the production team with additional duties as needed.
