Requirements

Must read and understand deliver basic commands in English.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks while standing for extended periods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or aluminum extrusion experience.
Forklift experience or certification.
Familiarity with quality inspection and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

Stack, inspect, package, and label aluminum extrusions according to quality and customer specifications.
Remove finished products from production lines and assist with material handling.
Perform visual quality inspections and report defects.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and support general production operations as assigned.
Others duties as assigned.
