About The Position

DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is seeking a highly motivated Temporary Seasonal General Laborer with a great attitude and strong work ethic. This position will support day-to-day field operations and assist with landscaping, vegetation management, and general labor duties. This is a temporary seasonal position expected to last approximately 6-8 weeks.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a 5-year clean MVR.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and federal background check.
• Ability to travel up to 8 week away from home at time.
• Ability to lift 50–60 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Landscaping, mowing, weed-eating, or herbicide application experience preferred.
• Prior vegetation spraying, landscaping, painting, tree work, or grounds maintenance experience preferred.
• CDL license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads equipment.
• Trash and large debris pickup.
• Performs mowing and weed-eating.
• Performs weed cutting and removal.
• Drives company vehicles.
• Uses all power tools safely.
• Uses all equipment safely.
• Landscaping

• Performs other duties as assigned.
