About The Position

Cornel's Plumbing, Heating, and Air is a fast-growing, locally owned, home services company seeking a Warehouse Helper to join their team. The General Laborer is a hands-on support role that keeps job sites safe, clean, and running efficiently. This role involves assisting across departments with tasks such as loading materials, organizing inventory, helping with cleanouts, digging trenches, delivering tools, and other physical work as needed. It is ideal for someone dependable, eager to learn, and ready to grow their skills in the trades.

Requirements

Valid driver's license
Ability to lift and carry over 50 lbs regularly
Willingness to follow the hungry, humble, smart tenets of the company

Responsibilities

Assist across departments with tasks like loading materials, organizing inventory, helping with cleanouts, digging trenches, delivering tools, and other physical work as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized shop, yard, and truck fleet.
Complete assigned tasks quickly and safely with minimal supervision.
Keep trucks, tools, and job sites clean and well-stocked.
Be available and responsive to support the needs of plumbing and HVAC crews.
Stay productive and contribute to the daily flow of operations.
Arrive on time and ready for physical work in all weather conditions.
Own responsibilities, communicate clearly, and follow through.
Follow all safety procedures and wear proper gear at all times.
Take care of company property, tools, and vehicles.
