About The Position
As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for various tasks to support production and ensure efficiency in our operations. You can work both alone and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This posting is for current and upcoming welding opportunities as they align with business needs.
Requirements
- 0 to 3 years laborer experience.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or similar environment preferred.
- Ability to operate hand tools (air wrenches, grinders, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
- Basic math skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.
Responsibilities
- Assist with assembly and production tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operating machinery under supervision.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials.
- Operate forklifts and cranes in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure finished products meet high standards.
- Other duties or special projects as assigned.
