About The Position

National Star Services, a facility management company with 28 years of nationwide service, is seeking General Laborers for its Westminster, MA location. This role involves assisting drivers with covering flatbed trailers, securing loads, and performing physically demanding tasks in an outdoor environment. The position operates on a Monday-Friday schedule, with the 3rd shift running from 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM. The hourly pay is $20.00, with weekly pay frequency.

Requirements

• Must provide two valid forms of identification (Photo ID & SSC).
• Steel-toe boots are required for safety.
• Reliable transportation is required (No public transportation is available near the job site).
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions year-round.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, pulling, and securing heavy tarps.
• Willingness to undergo a Background Check & Drug Test is required.
• Must be available to start working as soon as possible.

• Being Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with covering flatbed trailers using heavy-duty tarps.
• Secure tarps using straps, chains, and bungee cords to ensure safe transport of loads.
• Perform physically demanding work in an outdoor environment.
• Inspect tarps and securement equipment for proper use.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Assist with additional yard and labor duties as assigned.
