Requirements

Minimum 1 year of stable work experience in a labor-intensive, outdoor, construction, landscaping, utility, warehouse, or related environment
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 50+ pounds
Strong work ethic and reliability
Positive attitude and professional communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and daily responsibilities
Commitment to safety and teamwork
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Responsibilities

Direct truck traffic entering and exiting the transfer site
Perform site cleanup, litter collection, and general labor duties
Maintain site grounds including weed trimming and yard work
Install temporary wind fencing and assist with site safety initiatives
Support facility maintenance projects such as painting and janitorial tasks
Monitor site conditions and communicate operational concerns
Promote and maintain a safe work environment
Work closely with coworkers, customers, and drivers to ensure efficient site operations
Perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions
