About The Position

We are seeking dependable and motivated General Laborers to join our growing automotive manufacturing team. This position supports daily prototype operations in a fast-paced metal stamping environment. If you are safety-conscious, reliable, and enjoy working in a hands-on manufacturing setting, we'd like to hear from you. No automotive manufacturing experience? That's okay! We are willing to train individuals with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred for company vehicle operation.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing or automotive experience is preferred but not required.
Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Load and unload raw materials, parts, and finished products.
Assist machine operators and production personnel.
Perform visual quality inspections on automotive stamped parts.
Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or storage.
Operate basic production equipment and hand tools safely.
Operate a shear to cut sheet metal using templates.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Move materials throughout the facility using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts (certification preferred).
Assist with inventory, sorting, and counting of materials.
Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors.
Support daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
Drive a company van for local deliveries and pickups (valid driver's license required).
Work overtime and weekends as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
