General Laborer - 2nd Shift

About The Position
Labelink is seeking motivated individuals to join their team on the 2nd shift. This role offers no mandatory overtime, straight shifts, and competitive pay with opportunities for raises and bonuses. The second shift runs Monday through Thursday, from 2:20 PM to 12:20 AM, with an additional $1.00 shift differential.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented.
- Able to follow procedures and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organization, communication, and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Keep the press area clean, stocked, and organized.
- Clean and stage ink reservoirs, press parts, and tools.
- Mix and distribute adhesive to presses.
- Assist press operators and hand-pack specialty jobs.
- Maintain general shop cleanliness and support weekly/monthly cleaning tasks.
