About The Position

Liberty Tire Recycling is hiring a General Laborer for manual labor involving tractor tires, semi-truck tires, and gate customers. The role requires lifting and loading tires of all sizes, following appropriate safety standards, and performing other duties as assigned. Forklift experience is a plus but is not mandatory.

The position involves routine lifting of up to 50 pounds, with heavier items lifted with assistance, and may require loading upwards of 1,220 tires per day. The worker must be able to climb into a trailer safely and unassisted, learn to lace tires securely for transport, and perform heavy manual tasks under varying weather conditions. Prior experience in tire recycling or manufacturing is a plus.

Requirements

• Ability to routinely lift up to 50 pounds and lift heavier items with assistance.
• Physical capability to load upwards of 1,220 tires per day.
