About The Position
Seasonal General Laborer position supporting construction and traffic control work. On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities to gain hands-on field experience and develop skills in the industry. Night and weekend availability is required.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to read maps and follow instructions.
- Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Team-oriented approach and positive attitude.
- Availability to work nights and Saturdays as needed.
- Reliably report to work on time every day.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED.
- One year of construction, roadwork, or general labor experience.
- Knowledge of OSHA and traffic safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up and remove traffic control equipment on job sites.
- Help ensure a safe environment for workers and motorists.
- Learn sign installation, maintenance, and basic repairs.
- Operate company vehicles and tools safely, including manual and automatic vehicles.
- Communicate clearly with crew members and supervisors.
- Track work details and complete basic paperwork.
