About The Position

We are seeking dependable General Labor Level 1 associates to support daily operations in a grain handling environment. The role involves physical labor, maintaining a clean work area, and assisting with operational processes. Employees must be able to work safely throughout their shift in a dusty grain facility and follow site safety procedures and work instructions. The schedule may be up to 65 hours per week and up to 6 days per week, depending on business needs; overtime may be required. Employees must wear steel-toe or approved work boots, jeans or durable work pants, and an appropriate T-shirt. Additional required PPE will be provided on-site.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in a dusty grain facility environment.

• Ability to safely perform physical labor throughout the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Sweep dust, grain, and debris to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Operate and crank hoppers as needed to support production activities.
• Follow all site safety procedures and work instructions.
• Perform general labor tasks as assigned by site leadership.
