As part of a fast-moving and collaborative team, you’ll drive the logistics and coordination that make our recycling pipeline work—from sample sourcing to processor engagement and cost analysis. RHI Magnesita is seeking a reliable and safety-focused General Laborer to join our manufacturing team in Moulton, Alabama. This role involves a variety of hands-on tasks, including operating heavy equipment, performing general labor, and supporting production operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
Ability to operate or willingness to learn to operate overhead cranes and sit-down forklifts (training provided).
Comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding work.
Strong commitment to safety and following established protocols.
Flexibility to work any shift, including nights and weekends.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

Operate overhead cranes to safely lift and move large, heavy concrete pieces.
Use hand tools such as hammers for assembly, demolition, or adjustment tasks.
Operate a sit-down forklift to transport materials and products throughout the facility.
Utilize shelving systems for organizing, storing, and retrieving materials.
Perform general labor duties, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), material handling, and assisting with production as needed.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Support other departments as required to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
