About The Position

We are looking for seasonal General Laborers for the Summer of 2026 to work at our locations in either Fenton or Burton, Michigan. This is a great way to get your foot in the door at a fast-growing company! Candidates will be assisting with property maintenance, light assembly, general labor, and cleaning within our Assembly, Maintenance, and/or Shipping Departments.

Requirements

• Candidates under age 18 must provide a work permit.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Must be dependable, self-motivated and able to work with varying levels of supervision.
• Must be able to demonstrate ability to follow directions, produce quality work, and maintain safe and positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and organizing materials, tools and parts.
• Carrying, loading and unloading materials.
• Light assembly of parts needed in production process.
• Performing other general maintenance duties as assigned.
• Cleaning, raking and sweeping property grounds.
• Pulling weeds and maintaining landscaping.
• Other duties as assigned.
