About The Position

Hamilton by Gunnebo is looking for a General Laborer to work in our Welding department for 1st shift, with hours from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. This role involves communicating with the Production team on job progress, questions, and concerns, as well as prepping product to ensure finishing applications are performed. Other related duties may be assigned. Excellent attendance is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment
• Mechanical experience or aptitude.
• Experience with hand tools.
• Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to perform most work while standing at floor level.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands.
• Self-motivated.
• Excellent Attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with the Production team on job progress / questions / concerns.
• Prep product; ensuring finishing applications are performed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
