General Laborer
About The Position

We are hiring for General Laborers at our Arlington Lumber Distribution and Processing Center in Arlington, WA. Our total rewards offering includes: Hourly rate of $22.71 – $23.91 based on your skill level, qualifications, and experience. An energetic team-oriented environment. A safe workplace. Shifts: Monday – Thursday, 6:00AM - 4:30PM, 10 hours per day. Successful candidates will be subject to pre-employment and random drug testing as well as background checks.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to learn new skills and processes quickly;
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic;
- Knowledge of company products/inventory;
- Reliable and shows up to work on time every day;
- Part of an efficient and respectful work team;
- Flexible in assisting other team members.
Responsibilities
- Practice high level of safety at all times;
- Help keep work areas clean;
- Follow run sheets for accuracy and quality;
- Accurately, safely and neatly stack all green cedar lumber as it comes down the chains;
- Organize placement of lumber into appropriate pulls;
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
