About The Position
As a Production Laborer, you play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining Techo-Bloc’s quality standards. This is a physically demanding position that requires precision and reliability. You are punctual and dependable — being on time is essential for production. Comfortable lifting and moving up to 23 kg (50 lb) regularly. Able to stay focused during 12-hour shifts. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality. A strong team player with a solid work ethic.

- Manual dexterity, teamwork, hand-eye co-ordination and a combination of sitting, standing and walking required
Responsibilities
- Inspect concrete products (quality, shape, color, consistency)
- Remove defective products and replace them with compliant pieces
- Sort, package, wrap, and prepare products for shipping
- Transport raw materials and finished products, manually or using equipment
- Assist machine operators with daily tasks
- Clean machines and maintain a clean and safe work environment
