About The Position

A General Laborer provides hands-on support across the fab shop, assisting Welders and Fitters. The role focuses on shop organization, material movement, basic preparation, and supporting production flow in a high-precision environment. Daily roles include collaborating in a team-oriented environment with cross-functional workers. Assist in the movement of materials or equipment within the facility. Grind and deburr weldments. Clean up work areas from hazardous or obsolete material. Use power tools and machinery as needed. Assist Fitters with set up. Follow and maintain all safety protocols and housekeeping requirements. Achieve quality and production goals. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance. Other duties as assigned.
