About The Position

For over 15 years, The Lindi Corp has proudly served the Mesquite community providing quality service to our customers. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a dependable General Laborer to join our team. We are not necessarily looking for someone with trade experience—we are looking for someone who is willing to work hard, show up every day, and take pride in what they do. No experience is required, but you must be comfortable working with your hands. If you've done handyman work, construction, landscaping, automotive work, home projects, or simply know your way around basic hand tools, that's a big plus. This is a physically demanding position. Some days may include digging, lifting materials, working outdoors in the Nevada heat, cleaning job sites, or assisting skilled technicians in the field. Every day is different. The right person will have opportunities to learn valuable skills and grow within the company over time.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry materials throughout the day.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools or willing to learn quickly.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license
• Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
