Requirements

• Hands-on experience with concrete carpentry, forming, and finishing is strongly preferred.
• A dependable, get-it-done attitude with a willingness to learn all aspects of the construction process.
• Ability to take direction well and coordinate effectively with the Field Manager and crew.
• Punctuality and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to upholding our standards of Integrity, Trust, and Respect in every task and interaction.

Responsibilities

• Measure materials, cut/saw boards, mark cutting lines, anchor and brace forms, and assist with layout tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with forming, placing, leveling, and finishing concrete; support asphalt placement and finishing as needed.
• Erect forms, framework, scaffolding, and install structures, fixtures, and other components required for project completion.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Follow all established safety regulations and immediately report any violations or hazards to management.
