Requirements

Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 90 lbs, climbing on vehicles, and working in various weather conditions.
Must be able to work overtime/weekends as required.
Must be able to meet all safety requirements and have an eagerness to learn.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Ability to produce quality work.

Nice To Haves

1-year experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Job site preparation.
In charge of appropriate traffic control at job sites (signs, barricades, caution tape).
Use blowers, brooms, shovels, and a variety of other hand tools to ensure a clean surface before recoating.
Responsible for maintaining a clean, neat, and organized job site.
