About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Laborer to join our team for the summer! This position is perfect for students on summer break who want to gain hands-on work experience and learn new skills. As a General Laborer, you’ll assist with basic facility maintenance, organizing, and general clean-up tasks to help keep our work environment safe and efficient.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old and currently enrolled in or recently completed high school
• Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working outdoors in varying weather
• Willingness to learn new tasks, follow instructions, and work as part of a team
• Must be dependable and arrive on time each day
• Positive attitude and good work ethic

Responsibilities

• Remove good parts from placers for reuse or further processing
• Load bad placer parts into the dumpster for disposal
• Pull weeds from garden beds and landscaped areas
• Organize tools, parts, and supplies in the facility
• Clean walls to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Clean and tidy work cells to improve workflow and efficiency
• Follow all safety rules and use provided protective equipment properly
• Support other facility maintenance and labor needs as assigned
