About The Position

The Village Companies is a family-owned organization with multiple businesses in manufacturing services, amusement, and consumer products. The MCL Industries Division specializes in high-quality manufacturing and custom metal fabrication services, including machining, fabrication, assembly, and full production runs. Located in Pulaski, Wisconsin, MCL Industries partners closely with customers to deliver dependable, precision-built solutions. This role is responsible for assisting manufacturing cell production on a day-to-day basis, including operating robotic welders, saw operation, grinding, tacking, and basic assembly functions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Computer skills
• Read blueprints
• Knowledge of manufacturing basics
• Ability to follow direction
• Flexible and can quickly adjust to change
• Be able to lift at least 25 lbs. and up to 75 lbs. for short periods
• Sit, stand, and bend throughout the day
