About The Position
We’re looking for a dependable General Laborer/Painter to support maintenance, production, and shipping/receiving operations. This role is hands on, fast paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, variety in their day, and being part of a team.
Requirements
- Reliable, dependable, and able to follow instructions
- Comfortable working outdoors and around machinery
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Willing to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
Nice To Haves
- Experience with tools or equipment is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Clean and organize work areas including sweeping, mopping, and general upkeep
- Assist maintenance with organizing the shop and painting projects
- Support shipping/receiving by loading/unloading trucks and packaging products
- Help production by gathering raw materials and setting up equipment
- Operate equipment such as a tractor, shredder, weed eater, lawnmower, chainsaw, and forklift
- Follow safety guidelines and communicate effectively with team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
