Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Valid NY State driver’s license required.
Able to lift 85 lbs. repeatedly.
Able to stand/walk/kneel for extended periods of time.
Able to work in extremes of weather.
Able to remain flexible in an environment of constant change.

Responsibilities

Promote outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner.
Thrive in a team-based environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail-oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work is completed.
Safely and efficiently operate equipment such as tractors, loaders, forklifts, trucks, and lift equipment.
Perform Harness Racing track preparations and meet racing requirements.
Ensure proper operation for harness racing events, including live racing, qualifying, practice track, and jog track.
Assist with building and grounds maintenance.
Assist with all projects of varying disciplines under the direction of qualified tradesmen.
Assist with the setup of events and seasonal decorations of all facilities.
Assist with snow removal and ice control of parking lots and pedestrian walkways.
Help ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and OSHA regulations.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Promote outstanding customer relations.
