About The Position

We are hiring Construction General Laborers to join our cleanup crews in Bay Minette, AL. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized construction worksite throughout the project.

Requirements

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be dependable and willing to work as part of a team.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to work outdoors and in changing weather conditions.
• Must follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance are required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous cleanup, demolition, construction, or industrial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction site cleanup and housekeeping.
• Remove trash, debris, scrap materials, and construction waste.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Move and organize materials around the jobsite.
• Sweep, shovel, and maintain designated work areas.
• Assist skilled trades and other crew members as needed.
• Follow directions from supervisors and foremen.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Follow all site safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
