About The Position

This position performs entry-level general labor duties in a production environment while maintaining a safe work environment and complying with all Tyson policies and procedures. Applicants will be considered for any open entry level non-skilled general labor positions. Requirements

Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Must be able and willing to work in temperatures ranging from approximately 36°F to 42°F.
Must be able and willing to stand and/or walk for 8–12 hours per shift on a production line.
Must be able and willing to use a pinch grip to pick products from a conveyor, place products into trays, and return products to the conveyor.
Must be able and willing to reach approximately 10–25 inches to remove products from conveyors, arrange products according to specifications, and place trayed products onto designated conveyors.
Must be able and willing to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.
Must be able and willing to stand for extended periods on concrete, grating, or fiberglass ergonomic platforms.
Must be able and willing to apply light force while performing assigned tasks.
Must be able and willing to use both hands simultaneously to perform job functions.
Must be able and willing to perform repetitive hand, arm, and upper-body movements throughout the work shift.
Must be able and willing to work overtime and weekends, as required.
Must be able and willing to work with knives, as required, while wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
