About The Position

NuProduce Solutions is hosting a Hiring Event at our Bowling Green, OH facility, and we’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team! This is a Full-Time, Permanent position on the First Shift, Monday-Saturday, starting at $17.00/hour, based on experience. Saturdays may be required.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Dependable and accountable work ethic
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a changing work environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Reliable transportation
• Must provide most recent employment experience for application to be considered complete.

Nice To Haves

• Previous food manufacturing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Working in a cooler/food-processing environment
• Operating machinery on the production line
• Cutting, peeling, and sorting fresh fruits and vegetables
• Meeting daily production goals
• Following GMP and food safety practices
• Cleaning and maintaining production equipment
• Communicating quality or production concerns to supervisors and managers
• Working collaboratively as part of a team
