As a Truck Team Member, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while performing physical, hands-on tasks. From junk removal to recycling and donations, you’ll be making a difference for people in your community. Plus, you'll engage in sales activities that drive revenue and create lasting relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Comfortable lifting and moving heavy items (up to 75 lbs.) safely.
- Confidence in discussing pricing and identifying customer needs to promote additional services.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding service.
- Strong collaboration skills to thrive in a team environment.
- Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license (3 years clean driving record for insurance purposes).

Responsibilities
- Lift, carry, and load a variety of items safely and efficiently into the truck.
- Ensure the job site is spotless after each removal, leaving customers impressed.
- Provide cost estimates and explain pricing in a way that builds trust and confidence with customers.
- Offer solutions tailored to customers’ unique junk removal needs.
