About The Position
As a general laborer, you are responsible for safety, reporting product quality, recording production weights, proper packaging, and storing finished goods in assigned locations. The role involves assembling and disassembling products such as foam, lumber, and corrugated materials according to print sheets, using tools safely, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse workspace. Requirements
- Ability to read and understand work instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work scheduled hours and occasional required overtime.
- Bending, reaching, stretching, kneeling, and stooping.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
- Frequently lift, pull, and push materials weighing up to 50 lbs., and occasionally up to 70 lbs.

- Ability to read a tape measure is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and/or disassemble products such as foam, lumber, and corrugated materials according to print sheets in a timely manner.
- Safely use tools required for assembly, including potentially saws, staplers, nail guns, heat guns, glue guns, wrapping carousels, banding tools, drills, and hammers.
- Inspect and report product quality, verify quantities and packaging, check labels, record production weights, and store finished goods in assigned locations.
- Notify the supervisor of production material needs and potentially assist in retrieving materials.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures and monitor work processes to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report hazardous situations or identified abuse.
- Maintain a clean workspace and perform general tasks such as sweeping, emptying trash, and cleaning spills; keep storage and inventory areas neat.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
