About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team. This role involves hanging parts on a paint line, loading and unloading materials, performing quality inspections, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The position requires the ability to follow directions, work independently, and adhere to safety protocols. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of materials and products, managing inventory, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in various environmental conditions.

• Must be on time & demonstrate regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Hang parts on paint line for painting process.
• Load/Unload material from the paint line.
• Maintain organization of jobs/ parts during load/unload process.
• Perform quality inspections on incoming & outgoing materials & products.
• Pull tag from job rack/cart or pallet, match it to the job cut sheet to verify job match, initial and date.
• On occasion, conducts physical inventory counts; replenishes stock from back-up locations as needed.
• Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
• Participates in quality improvement efforts.
