About The Position
Apogee Architectural Metals is hiring dependable team members to join our manufacturing team in Wausau. This role offers summer employment, temp-to-hire opportunities, and permanent full-time careers. The starting pay is $19.50/hour with shift premiums available. The company is willing to train and offers career growth opportunities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move materials safely
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Strong attendance and reliability
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Package finished products for shipment
- Rack and move materials throughout production
- Pick, pack, and prepare parts
- Assist with shipping and receiving
- Use hand tools and measuring devices
- Perform basic computer data entry
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
