About The Position

At our Troy Conagra Plant, we're producing Slim Jim’s which is an American meat snack. Reporting to the product supervisor, you will monitor and troubleshoot the operation of production equipment to ensure continuous production. You will join a team of over 1000 associates.

Requirements

• Lifting up to 30 pounds
• Climbing stairs
• Using hands to move things
• Working in a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy.
• Overtime may be needed to ensure fulfill production demand

Responsibilities

• Working on the production line and supplying the lines to ensure a continuous production flow.
• Performing product checks to ensure quality for our consumers.
• Collaborating with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.
